Be thankful

1 Thessalonians 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Colossians 2:6,7  As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

Colossians  3:17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Don’t be anxious, be thankful

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

Psalm 95:1-2  Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

Psalm 105:1 Oh, give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!

Revelation 7:12 “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

My prayer of thanksgiving:

Heavenly Father, I offer my thanks for all Your provision, for Your gift of reconciliation, for Your love that came up with the plan to redeems us. Thank You that You loved me even before I was aware of You. Thank You for never abandoning me even when I had abandoned all hope in myself. Thank You for my family, husband, brothers and sisters, children, and grandchildren. Thank You for all my friends. You have provided all I need. Thank You so much, Father God.
